Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a technical major.
- At least 2 years of experience in DevOps, system administration/debugging, SRE, and scripting.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts for incidence response.
- Proficiency in Shell, Python, or Java and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with configuration management and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Strong understanding of L4/L7 load balancing (HAProxy/Nginx) and network performance tuning (TCP/IP stack).
- Knowledge of pipeline/orchestration tools like Jenkins or Airflow.
- Experience with observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, InfluxDB).
- Knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.
- Unix systems administration certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated provisioning pipelines (PXE, ZTP) for bare-metal server deployment.
- Perform security monitoring to identify potential intrusions.
- Repair and recover from hardware or software failures in coordination with impacted teams.
- Apply OS patches, upgrades, and maintain data center environmental/monitoring equipment.
- Execute ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization.
