Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in a technical support, IT, or junior cloud role.
- Foundational knowledge of AWS or Azure compute, storage, and networking.
- Understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals such as namespaces, pods, and deployments.
- Proficiency in using LLMs and applying prompt engineering techniques.
- Ability to triage technical issues and follow standard operating playbooks.
- Experience with Azure Entra ID, AWS IAM, and GitHub access management.
- Experience with Terraform templates for cloud resource management.
- Knowledge of Argo CD for deployment verification.
Responsibilities
- Execute standard access requests across Azure Entra ID, AWS IAM, and GitHub.
- Triage and resolve infrastructure support tickets within defined SLAs.
- Provision and manage cloud resources including storage accounts, Key Vaults, and Virtual Machines using Terraform.
- Perform OS-level maintenance, including storage cleanup and basic server troubleshooting.
- Manage namespace-level access and support developers with Kubernetes actions via Argo CD.
- Utilize AI coding agents to generate scripts and validate infrastructure plans.
- Document recurring solutions in the Shared Services knowledge base.
