Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare staffing, scheduling, or recruitment.
- Experience managing per diem RN, LPN, and CNA staff.
- Exceptional English fluency with a professional phone presence.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Indeed, and MyCloud.
- Experience working with scheduling software.
- Readiness to support migration from Generations to Teambridge software.
- Must be available for night shift (9:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT).
- Commitment to working two on-call weekend days per month.
- Reliable 'Bring Your Own Device' (BYOD) home office setup.
Responsibilities
- Monitor staffing inboxes and email threads to meet B2B client needs with urgency.
- Manage schedules and proactively address potential call-outs or shift gaps.
- Adjust schedules and reassign shifts to maintain operational integrity.
- Analyze local geography and traffic routes to optimize staff shift assignments.
- Conduct structured pre-screening interviews for RN, LPN, and CNA candidates.
- Provide same-day follow-ups and clear next steps to maintain a warm candidate pool.
