Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Proven experience managing products or major product initiatives from discovery through launch and adoption.
  • Strong ability to partner with engineering teams and communicate effectively across technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Experience gathering customer insights and converting them into actionable product requirements and solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience writing product documentation, including requirements, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience contributing to product launches, positioning, messaging, or go-to-market activities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience collaborating with teams across engineering, sales, customer success, marketing, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify user needs and business opportunities.
  • Translate customer insights and market trends into clear product strategies, requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, business impact, strategic goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams throughout development by defining requirements and supporting technical decision-making.
  • Drive roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and product execution while ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market materials in collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Support product launches by creating enablement resources, documentation, and customer-facing content.
  • Gather post-launch feedback, analyze adoption trends, and identify opportunities for future enhancements.
