Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within B2B SaaS organizations.
- Proven experience managing products or major product initiatives from discovery through launch and adoption.
- Strong ability to partner with engineering teams and communicate effectively across technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Experience gathering customer insights and converting them into actionable product requirements and solutions.
- Demonstrated experience writing product documentation, including requirements, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience contributing to product launches, positioning, messaging, or go-to-market activities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience collaborating with teams across engineering, sales, customer success, marketing, and executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify user needs and business opportunities.
- Translate customer insights and market trends into clear product strategies, requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, business impact, strategic goals, and technical feasibility.
- Partner closely with engineering teams throughout development by defining requirements and supporting technical decision-making.
- Drive roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and product execution while ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market materials in collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Support product launches by creating enablement resources, documentation, and customer-facing content.
- Gather post-launch feedback, analyze adoption trends, and identify opportunities for future enhancements.
