Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in kitchen design and renovation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, 3DS Max, and Revit.
- Knowledge of 20/20 software is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous kitchen projects.
- Excellent understanding of construction documentation.
- Experience with both U.S. and international metric systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for visual presentations.
Responsibilities
- Design and plan kitchen/bathroom renovations that meet client specifications and recent trends.
- Create detailed construction documents for client presentations and supplier coordination.
- Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, 3DS Max, and Lumion to produce high-quality visualizations.
- Engage with clients to refine designs and confirm requirements, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to project execution.
- Create and elevate designs using the 20/20 platform.
- Deploy KCDW software for developing and presenting precise kitchen concept visuals.
- Execute 3D modeling and rendering for architectural and interior designs using Revit and SketchUp.
- Produce detailed planimetric sketches employing AutoCAD.
