Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 5+ years in external audit (Big 4 or equivalent) with retail/e-commerce clients, OR 1+ year as Senior Auditor plus 2+ years as Senior Accounting Analyst in retail, OR 7+ years of accounting experience in retail (3+ years at senior level).
- Mandatory IFRS expertise.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced spoken and written English.
- Intermediate Spanish.
- SOX/US GAAP knowledge is a plus.
- NetSuite ERP experience is valued.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proactive, dynamic, and autonomous work style.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to change.
Responsibilities
- Execute journal entries, reconciliations, and account reviews for key accounts (Revenue, COGS).
- Prepare financial reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide accurate and timely documentation for external audits.
- Maintain accuracy of intercompany balances and agreements.
- Contribute to the optimization of accounting processes and infrastructure.
- Ensure adherence to IFRS standards.
