Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer.
- Consultative problem-solving approach.
- Understanding of APIs and web programming languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent coaching, discovery, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive interest in AI and emerging technologies.
- Must reside in Pacific or Mountain Time Zones.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Partner with 3-4 Account Executives to support active customer opportunities and ensure on-time solution delivery.
- Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation, and business case development.
- Present effective stories through product demonstrations that highlight the benefits of using Webflow.
- Lead hands-on customer workshops and trials.
- Influence product direction by representing the customer voice.
- Support cross-functional initiatives to advance Webflow’s mission.
