Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis across platforms or in business unit roles working with IT.
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to explain complex concepts to business users.
- Understanding of project management concepts for planning and implementation.
- Strong written communication and technical writing skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a track record of new concept development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Successful completion of Epic’s proficiency program within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to work some nights and weekends as needed.
- Ability to travel to BMC locations in the greater Boston area as needed.
Responsibilities
- Align technology solutions with business strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology.
- Advise customers on information system functionality, costs, benefits, and implementation requirements.
- Serve as a technical liaison and broker of services with vendors.
- Maintain credibility and effective working relations with customer management and IT personnel.
- Link IT strategies and systems to organizational business process redesign.
