Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, customer support, or virtual assistant roles.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Minimum Intel i5 processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 10 or higher.
- Two monitors for desktops OR an external monitor for laptops.
- Stable wired internet connection with at least 100 Mbps speed.
- Secondary internet source.
- Uninterrupted power supply for at least 8 hours OR a backup location.
- Dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Noise-canceling headset.
- Must pass required assessment and screening.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to leads via phone, email, and social media.
- Qualify leads and assist in managing the sales pipeline.
- Schedule sales calls and maintain calendars for sales staff.
- Prepare and send proposals, contracts, and follow-up emails.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Support sales reporting and analytics.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations to align lead generation efforts.
