Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a print, production, or pre-press environment
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign (styles, master pages, and packaged files)
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator (vector artwork, pathfinder tools, and file preparation for die-cuts)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (masking, retouching, and converting RGB assets for print)
- Foundational understanding of print concepts including bleeds, trim, safety margins, overprint vs. knockout, and digital/offset printing
- High attention to detail to identify errors in assets, resolution, color modes, and typography
- Ability to work under daily deadline pressure
- Strong project management skills with comfort navigating frequent change and short lead times
- Ability to collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Assist with layout development and versioning for print materials, including large-format graphics, marketing collateral, and custom packaging
- Execute updates efficiently while adhering to brand and production standards
- Review and prepare files for digital and offset printing ensuring proper bleed, trim, image resolution, and font embedding
- Prepare files accurately in CMYK and spot color workflows
- Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining production-ready templates
- Review proofs against job specifications to ensure accuracy prior to final production
