This fully remote position can be performed in most of the continental US. However, we are only able to hire people who will be working from the following states: Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming., Core shifts offered are Mon- Fri, 12 pm -8 pm EST.TemporaryMiddle
SalaryPay is $20/hr for Recruiters and $22/hr for Team Leads. Recruiters who are Spanish/English bilingual will earn an additional $1/hr.

Requirements
- Some experience in recruiting or hiring (or willingness to learn).
- Passion for progressive politics and policies.
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Access to a computer and reliable internet.
- Strong technical competency and interest in learning new systems.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
- Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.
- Campaign experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Screen candidate applications and schedule interviews using internal tracking systems.
- Host daily group interview sessions via Zoom.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial outreach and job posting to final onboarding.
- Create and post job advertisements and design recruitment flyers.
- Call applicants and leads to pitch the position.
- Ensure onboarding compliance with state and federal tax laws.
- Monitor ad effectiveness and recruitment funnel metrics to meet hiring goals.
