Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in R&D tax credits, government incentives, grants, finance, analytics, or consulting.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex global programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management, financial analysis, and business analysis skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and financial concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience within life sciences, CRO, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or professional services environments.
- MBA, CPA, MST, PMP, PhD, or equivalent advanced qualification is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI, data visualization, and business intelligence platforms is preferred.
- Experience with international R&D incentive programs and grant mechanisms is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own Precision's global R&D tax credit program and innovation incentive initiatives.
- Develop and execute annual filing strategies and compliance plans across participating countries.
- Partner with business leaders to identify qualifying R&D activities and maximize eligible claims.
- Manage external tax advisors, consultants, auditors, and government agencies.
- Lead responses to tax authority reviews, audits, and information requests.
- Identify and evaluate new country opportunities for R&D tax incentives and innovation funding.
- Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting to measure program effectiveness.
- Support cross-functional transformation projects involving analytics, process improvement, and automation.
