Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- AAPACN certification required.
- Experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) or MDS Coordinator (MDSC).
- Experience in multi-site management or comparable healthcare leadership.
- Deep knowledge of skilled nursing and assisted living industry regulations and reimbursement.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Experience with webinar platforms, social media, and digital communication tools.
- Proven analytical, critical thinking, and project management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted regulatory and operational advisor to skilled nursing and assisted living providers nationwide.
- Monitor, interpret, and communicate industry regulations, reimbursement updates, and emerging trends.
- Develop and deliver timely educational content including webinars, presentations, training materials, and videos.
- Create thought leadership content through social media engagement, articles, and conference participation.
- Respond to client regulatory and operational questions through the Solution Center.
- Conduct regulatory research and perform offsite and onsite medical record reviews and assessments.
- Analyze client data, prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations, and review consultant site visit reports for accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams on product development and represent the company at industry events.
