Requirements
- US Citizen with active TS/SCI or TS clearance (or ability to obtain quickly).
- CS degree (or equivalent technical degree) or 1-2 years of software engineering experience.
- 4+ years of product management or software engineering experience shipping software in agile environments.
- Comfortable reading code, reviewing architecture, and holding your own in technical discussions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with AI/ML products, defense/government tech, or classified environments (SIPR/NIPR) is preferred.
- Startup experience navigating scalability and automation phases is preferred.
- Platform product experience including technical interfaces (APIs, SDKs) alongside standard web applications is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own your product deployment end-to-end: requirements, backlog, sprint planning, scope decisions, releases, and outcomes.
- Drive technical decisions with engineering: architecture, feasibility, trade-offs, and challenging estimates.
- Bridge users and engineers by translating operational readiness problems into product requirements through direct user research.
- Shape platform evolution through R&D work across data ontology management, agent orchestration, and generative interfaces.
- Support delivery operations to ensure the product reduces manual effort across contract types and deployment models.
- Communicate clearly through executive briefings, demos, PRDs, and strategic documentation.
