Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare SaaS or a related field within an account management, expansion, or full-cycle sales role.
  • Proven track record of quota attainment, net revenue retention, or documented account growth and renewals.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems and ability to navigate stakeholders including CNO, CNE, CHRO, CFO, and procurement.
  • Data fluency with the ability to build and present business cases to healthcare executives.
  • Experience or clear readiness to own pricing, negotiation, and contract discussions.
  • Familiarity with multi-year agreements, down-sell defense, and procurement/legal processes at large IDNs.
  • Operating rigor in running an account book via CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
  • Builder's mindset with the ability to create processes from scratch.
  • Fluency with AI-assisted workflows.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25–30% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end renewals, including early engagement, pricing/terms negotiation, and multi-year contract finalization.
  • Drive expansion revenue by growing footprint into new departments, products, and sites within existing health systems.
  • Develop strategic account plans featuring whitespace maps, organizational mapping to executive levels, and stakeholder multithreading.
  • Present data-driven business cases to healthcare leadership demonstrating ROI, cost savings, and compliance outcomes.
  • Conduct quarterly executive business reviews with strategic customers to discuss roadmaps and growth plans.
  • Maintain accurate renewal and expansion forecasting in HubSpot with weekly hygiene and updates.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align on account handoffs and product intelligence.
  • Travel to customer sites and industry conferences, such as ANCC and AONL, as required.
