Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform including configuration, customization, and development.
- 5+ years in a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or similar senior technical leadership role.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and enterprise integration architecture (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices including CI/CD, version control, and sandbox management.
- Knowledge of identity management (SSO, SAML, OAuth).
- Proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Deep experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Extensive experience leading cross-functional technical teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, Certified Technical Architect, Platform Developer II) strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions including data models, security frameworks, and integration architectures.
- Lead technical delivery of projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure functional and technical alignment.
- Evaluate and govern Salesforce products, AppExchange solutions, and third-party integrations.
- Enforce platform governance, coding standards, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging features to drive platform improvement.
