Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of experience designing and building full websites with a code-first approach.
- Active daily use of Claude Code or comparable AI coding tools as a primary part of the development workflow.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to build production-ready sites from scratch.
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, component design, and responsive prototyping.
- Strong eye for typography, composition, and conversion-focused design.
- Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Must submit an updated resume, portfolio link, and a 1-2 minute Loom video introduction.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conceptualize layouts, wireframes, and visual directions aligned with brand strategy and conversion goals.
- Create mockups and component systems in Figma that translate directly into buildable code.
- Build responsive, high-performing websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with Claude Code as a primary accelerator.
- Translate Figma designs into production-ready websites while maintaining design integrity.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to refine UX, user flows, and conversion performance.
- Implement SEO and performance best practices across projects.
- Manage project timelines end-to-end from creative exploration through launch.
