Requirements
- One year of previous call center or equivalent experience.
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Ability to attend 100% of the classroom training program.
- Windows 11 PC (not Apple/Mac, Chromebook, or tablet) with minimum 8GB RAM and i3 4th generation processor or better.
- High-speed wired ethernet internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 25 Mbps upload).
- Dedicated 2nd computer monitor.
- USB headset with noise-canceling microphone (gaming/3.5mm headsets are not approved).
- Personal cell phone or tablet (Android 8.0+/iOS 14+) for Microsoft Authenticator app.
- Dental care industry knowledge preferred.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries via inbound and outbound telephone interactions in a professional manner.
- Handle basic eligibility and benefit questions related to dental providers.
- Forward specific inquiries as directed for priority resolution.
- Document each encounter and resolution in the computer tracking system.
- Maintain high productivity in a fast-paced environment while adhering to an assigned schedule.
