Responsibilities
- Develop a standardized marketing and training strategy for repair firms.
- Manage relationships with qualified restoration companies.
- Serve as a liaison between repair firms and internal departments.
- Create training and marketing collateral materials.
- Evaluate and improve existing marketing and training programs.
- Maintain a database of prospects and onboarded repair firms.
- Collaborate with internal business units on strategic planning and process development.
