Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a client-facing EHS consulting or software delivery role.
- Strong knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Management Systems.
- Strong understanding of occupational health workflows (pre-employment, surveillance, injury management, etc.).
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability (laboratory, immunization reporting, EMR/EHR workflows).
- Experience supporting highly regulated industries such as manufacturing, energy, or healthcare.
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Science, Business, or related field (Engineering, Safety, Environmental Studies, etc.).
- Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and Teams.
- Proven ability to work independently and in collaborative teams.
- Understanding of strategic selling techniques, CRM, and forecasting principles.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills with executive presence.
Responsibilities
- Craft standardized to customized consulting engagement proposals for the implementation of the CorityOne EHS+ Platform.
- Understand customer needs and training requirements to create commitment to the solution.
- Foster partnerships with professional services and partner organizations to create profitable implementation projects.
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and advise on EHS technology maturity.
- Develop business cases including ROI analysis to justify projects.
- Collaborate with Product and Services teams to optimize delivery and clarify project scope.
