Requirements
- Senior, hands-on engineer with 7+ years of product-driven experience.
- Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for service and integration development.
- Working knowledge of relational and document databases.
- Deep, hands-on fluency with agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex.
- Experience taking internal integrations from prototype to production (design, auth, deployment, security).
- Experience building integrations using third-party APIs and protocols such as MCP.
- Working knowledge of GenAI building blocks, including LLMs, RAG, orchestration, and agentic flows.
- Strong teaching, facilitation, and technical-writing skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive them to completion autonomously.
- Fluency in English (C1 level) and Russian.
Responsibilities
- Coach engineers through 1:1s, pair programming, workshops, and office hours to improve AI-assisted development workflows.
- Develop and maintain internal best-practice guides, prompt libraries, and a technical skills registry.
- Build internal AI integrations and reusable tooling using Node.js/TypeScript and MCP.
- Manage the full lifecycle of internal tools, including design, authentication, security reviews, and CI/CD.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools, models, and technologies to provide actionable recommendations.
- Define and track productivity and adoption metrics, building dashboards to measure impact and quality guardrails.
- Coordinate with security, compliance, and GTM teams to ensure safe and effective AI adoption.
