Requirements
- Proven experience running post-merger integration processes at pace.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and meet strict deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience building operational playbooks and driving adoption.
- Proficiency in analyzing P&Ls and job-cost reports to quantify value levers.
- Experience identifying business levers that drive EBITDA impact.
- Strong understanding of how automation and technology drive integration efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field.
- Ability to travel regularly to partner-company sites across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop Day-1 and 100-day integration plans prior to deal closure.
- Manage the internal and external communication strategy for acquisitions.
- Onboard new businesses onto Cobalt's operating system within 100 days.
- Coordinate finance, systems, and operational workstreams to meet deadlines.
- Monitor value-creation levers and ensure execution against targets.
- Create and refine integration playbooks to standardize the process for future deals.
