Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Framework.
- Very good command of English (C1 level).
- Fluent Polish (C2 level).
- Experience with CI/CD design and implementation (e.g., Jenkins, Argo CD, Azure DevOps).
- Knowledge of Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes environments.
- Experience with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., Neo4j, ElasticSearch) databases.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, specifically Bash or Python.
- Understanding of QA automation (unit, integration, performance testing).
- Ability to effectively and safely use AI for software development.
- Openness to travel to the UK (1-2 times per year).
- Proactive, team-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain existing and new backend systems.
- Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Take technical and organizational responsibility for selected modules in the long term.
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding project development.
- Participate in the full product lifecycle: requirements, architecture, implementation, deployment, and maintenance.
- Execute deployments and migrations between various environments.
- Mitigate and resolve technical issues within operational systems.
