Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital design, web content production, or editorial execution.
- Experience working with CMS platforms and digital content publishing.
- Proficiency in Figma and a strong understanding of digital design principles.
- Proven knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (B1 level).
- Comfortable collaborating with international and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of NCW through hands-on design, content production, and editorial execution.
- Create, update, and maintain digital page layouts, content assets, and visuals in Optimizely CMS and Figma.
- Ensure pages comply with design specifications, accessibility requirements, brand guidelines, and web best practices.
- Crop, optimize, and prepare images, graphics, and other digital assets for web publishing.
- Perform quality assurance of pages and content before publication.
- Work closely with the Digital Experience team, Branding, team editors, and content owners to deliver pages that accurately follow approved Figma designs and requirements.
- Identify and report deviations from design specifications to development teams and support resolution.
- Assist with the creation of imagery, icons, and visual assets for training materials, playbooks, and editor guidance.
