Requirements
- Experience in Revenue Accounting, Finance, or Revenue Operations within a high-growth technology, SaaS, or fintech environment.
- Advanced Excel skills, including work with large datasets, complex formulas, and financial modeling.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong data analysis capabilities, including ability to cleanse, reconcile, and interpret large volumes of data.
- Experience working with Salesforce and other operational systems.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as NetSuite and automated billing systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end accounting and revenue lifecycle for Merchant Capital Advance (MCA) products.
- Monitor and validate repayment activity, ensuring collections are recorded and reconciled.
- Manage software billing processes, including invoices, credit notes, and month-end revenue reconciliations.
- Perform complex reconciliations between operational systems and the General Ledger using large datasets.
- Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and analyses for revenue performance.
- Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and variance analysis.
- Strengthen financial controls and audit readiness across revenue streams.
