Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow Suite (Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident, Knowledge Base)
- Proven experience as a developer independent of the ServiceNow platform
- Demonstrated competency with IT Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management, and ITIL/ITSM practices
- Experience with PMP/PRINCE2 practices
- Experience working on project teams leveraging Agile/Scrum
- Experience with system/software engineering lifecycle principles
- Experience with data analysis and modeling using large data sets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
Responsibilities
- Work independently and as a technical team member
- Support multiple ServiceNow instances and domains for internal and external customers
- Manage development work using Agile/Scrum methodology
- Advise functional and admin teams on design, development, and ServiceNow best practices
- Collaborate with business and technology partners to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Develop and script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Workflow Activities
- Facilitate the rollout of new applications and enhancements
- Analyze and resolve system performance issues
