Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in revenue strategy, pricing, or related roles within the payments industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving business results.
- Excellent strategic thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze commercial performance, revenue, and customer data to generate strategic insights for leadership.
- Drive high-impact revenue growth initiatives across key segments and markets.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure execution of revenue strategy.
- Support annual and quarterly planning through analytical rigor, scenario modeling, and recommendations.
- Develop dashboards and frameworks to monitor and optimize strategic initiatives.
- Monitor the FinTech ecosystem, competitor pricing motions, market trends, and payment method costs.
- Partner with the global Pricing team to develop pricing models, discounting policies, and commercial frameworks.
