Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, technical product leadership, or equivalent experience delivering complex technology products.
  • Proven experience managing cybersecurity products, AI/ML platforms, infrastructure platforms, developer platforms, simulation technologies, cloud platforms, or enterprise technical solutions.
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to collaborate with senior engineering leaders on architecture, APIs, integrations, scalability, reliability, security, and implementation decisions.
  • Experience defining product requirements, success metrics, customer outcomes, and strategic roadmaps for complex systems.
  • Strong product judgment with the ability to connect technical investments to customer value, market opportunities, and business objectives.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts including threat actors, adversary behavior, attack simulation, threat emulation, security operations, detection, response, and controls validation.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and understanding complex B2B purchasing processes and stakeholder requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex AI, cybersecurity, and platform concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and comfort operating in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI platform and cyber validation capabilities.
  • Drive the evolution of realistic cybersecurity environments that support AI-native security products, autonomous cyber agents, and advanced cyber operations.
  • Translate customer insights, market trends, technical opportunities, and research findings into actionable product strategies.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, cybersecurity experts, customer teams, and executive stakeholders to align priorities and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives by facilitating decision-making, resolving complex trade-offs, and ensuring teams execute against a unified product vision.
  • Design platform capabilities across areas such as attack simulation, adversary behavior modeling, enterprise environments, cloud services, and automation.
  • Define functional and non-functional requirements that enable engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable products.
