Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10–15 years of overall professional experience with 3–6 years of progressive experience in change management.
- PROSCI Change Management Certification preferred; candidates with other relevant certifications may also be considered.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Experience managing organizational change for large-scale technology implementations.
- Strong process orientation and familiarity with project management approaches and delivery lifecycles.
- Experience creating, leading, and facilitating virtual and in-person training sessions.
- Proven ability to develop communication strategies and change management plans.
- Strong understanding of AI adoption, workplace transformation, and emerging technology trends.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving consulting environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored change management and user adoption strategies aligned with organizational workflows and business objectives.
- Identify impacted stakeholders, user groups, and business areas to create comprehensive change plans.
- Monitor adoption progress, analyze feedback, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and adoption outcomes.
- Create awareness campaigns that clearly communicate the benefits, impact, and practical applications of AI-powered workplace solutions.
- Facilitate awareness sessions and workshops to help employees understand new capabilities and ways of working.
- Design and deliver customized training programs for different user groups, ensuring practical and effective technology adoption.
- Support employees in integrating Generative AI tools into their daily workflows through structured learning approaches.
- Identify potential resistance points and implement strategies to address concerns and encourage adoption.
- Gather user feedback and incorporate insights into continuous improvement plans.
