Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, business, IT/IS team leadership, or related fields.
- Demonstrated understanding and application of all phases of the project delivery lifecycle.
- Understanding and working knowledge of data collection, integration, processing, and management practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of Scrum / Agile methodology (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage a variety of project types (minor, major, and complex) throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project schedules, timelines, and communication documents.
- Negotiate with resource managers to acquire necessary resources and assess staffing needs.
- Identify, track, and resolve project-related issues, conflicts, and risks.
- Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors.
- Communicate project expectations, status, and outcomes to stakeholders.
