Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
- 8+ years of experience leading large, complex teams.
- Expertise in solution design, technology evaluation, and large-scale delivery.
- Proven experience with enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
- Experience with AI, automation, and data platforms.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and drive organizational alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must maintain a dedicated workspace with high-speed internet (25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload minimum).
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year technology strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Lead large-scale modernization and transformation initiatives for PBM technology platforms.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, guiding design decisions and architecture reviews.
- Partner with architecture teams to govern target state architecture across application, integration, and cloud platforms.
- Manage IT spend across labor, vendors, and platforms while optimizing delivery efficiency.
- Lead and develop high-performing engineering and architecture teams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and drive adoption of AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
