Requirements
- 4+ years of project management experience.
- 3+ years of experience in budget development and management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related business experience.
- Experience leading multiple cross-functional project teams and campaign budgets.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Familiarity with structured project management methodology.
- Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical industry, or agency preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day project management for assigned campaigns from initiation through closeout.
- Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, status reports, and resource plans.
- Partner with Account, Finance, internal teams, and client stakeholders to facilitate communication.
- Monitor budgets weekly, support revenue recognition, and manage invoicing activities.
- Lead project meetings, manage client review and approval processes, and ensure quality standards.
- Identify and resolve risks, timeline conflicts, and resource constraints.
- Support business development with project guidance, budgets, and implementation planning.
