Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Graduate degree preferred).
- 10+ years of working with procurement technologies associated with delivering successful procurement transformation for Direct Spend categories.
- Experience leading strategic transformation projects focusing on digital enablement for direct materials procurement.
- Strong familiarity with solutions supporting direct materials sourcing and procurement (e.g., SAP Ariba, GEP, Ivalua, Oracle, Levadata, SourceDay).
- Experience integrating procurement technology with ERPs, MRPs, or other supply chain technologies.
- Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
- Excellence in research and writing ability.
- Strong written and verbal proficiency, with high-level analytical and presentation skills.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within the subject area.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a multicultural global team.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Create innovative, thought-provoking, and highly leveraged must-have insights content.
- Develop new insights, ideas, and actionable approaches to client needs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify root causes of client barriers and drive strategic thinking.
- Research, analyze, and predict market trends and shifts to provide actionable insights to clients.
- Provide actionable advice to clients via virtual or face-to-face interactions.
- Create and deliver high-value presentation materials for Gartner events and industry conferences.
- Support BTI and Sales teams by serving as the voice of the market to drive client engagement.
- Provide high-quality and timely content peer review.
- Act as a mentor and coach by supporting more junior team members.
