Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience leading complex digital products.
- Experience managing native mobile applications (iOS and Android) and responsive web experiences.
- Proven experience with customer-centered design and digital product strategy.
- Experience defining product roadmaps and prioritizing competing needs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams without direct authority.
- Experience using customer insights and analytics to drive product decisions.
- Experience identifying reusable solutions and influencing platform strategy.
- Experience working within Agile product organizations.
- High-speed internet connection (min 25 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload).
- Ability to work from a dedicated, distraction-free space for PHI/HIPAA compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product vision and roadmap for assigned digital experiences.
- Translate priorities, customer insights, and operational needs into measurable outcomes.
- Lead strategy and execution of mobile-first customer experiences.
- Partner with UX and Engineering to improve usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to convert channel-specific functionality into reusable platform capabilities.
- Lead teams through discovery, prioritization, delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Define success metrics and measure growth while managing roadmap priorities.
