Requirements
- Strong product strategy experience, specifically defining phased theses and roadmaps.
- Proven P&L ownership and ability to connect product decisions to economic outcomes.
- Deep fintech product experience with understanding of market dynamics and regulatory/competitive constraints.
- User-first instinct with ability to ground roadmaps in real user insight.
- Analytical rigor with experience moving between quantitative data and user stories.
- Experience with AI-native or agentic product development.
- Demonstrated people leadership and talent development experience.
- Proven history as a builder who personally launches and ships products.
- Fluency in working through external partners and shared infrastructure.
- Experience operating within compliance constraints in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Personally own and ship product lines, from problem definition through launch and iteration.
- Define a multi-phase product thesis and roadmap for everyday money products to drive retention and profitability.
- Lead the AI innovation lab to create and launch agentic AI consumer experiences.
- Manage and develop a team of PMs while remaining hands-on with own product lines.
- Collaborate with design and credit teams to ensure products fit the broader company vision.
- Make strategic build-vs-buy and build-vs-partner decisions involving external financial institutions.
