Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of business process modeling.
- 5+ years of financial services experience.
- Proficient in BPM tools such as Visio, Signavio, BlueWorks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others as well as independently and with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Prior consulting experience preferred.
- Six Sigma and Lean a plus.
- Process data analytics and value stream mapping a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform current state process mapping.
- Assess current state processes for adherence to policies and procedures.
- Establish recommendations for changes to procedure documentation.
- Create and maintain gap analysis detail reporting.
- Design future state processes including process improvement, redesign and transformation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Identify opportunities for automation.
- Take part in train the trainer knowledge transfers.
- Create and maintain reporting decks.
