Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing video production or editing teams.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong project management skills with a focus on process building and hitting strict deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in AI video tools and workflow automation, beyond basic prompting.
- Experience creating AI avatars with lip-sync, generating footage, and using AI to solve production problems.
- Solid understanding of short-form video ad performance (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to remain proactive, resolve conflicts, and maintain team morale.
- Strong technical troubleshooting capabilities for video editing workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 3 to 7+ AI-driven video editors.
- Act as a project manager to own task distribution, complex project routing, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Enforce strict quality control standards for pacing, visual fidelity, and hook impact.
- Build and maintain systematized AI workflows and automate post-production pipelines to eliminate manual tasks.
- Regularly test and integrate emerging AI models and tools into the daily production workflow.
- Analyze performance data of creatives to iterate on winning concepts and correct underperforming videos.
- Collaborate with Creative Producers, Copywriters, and Media Buyers to align on technical feasibility and campaign goals.
