Requirements
- Active license and in good standing as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in New Jersey.
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (company covers costs).
- 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
- At least six months of teletherapy experience.
- Proficiency with clinical assessments, such as PHQ-9, for tracking client progress.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Availability for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time dedicated to client sessions.
- Ability to complete all documentation in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
- Availability during regular business hours for 1 hour weekly for the first 6 weeks for training.
- Availability for 30 minutes per month for ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+) using modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
- Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy sessions per week.
- Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust clinical approaches based on client progress.
- Collaborate with other mental health providers and provide referrals when appropriate.
- Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
