Requirements
- Active license in good standing as a LCSW-C, LCMFT, LCPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Maryland.
- Willingness to obtain cross-licensure in other states (cost covered by company).
- 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
- At least six months of teletherapy experience.
- Proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking progress.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Availability for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time dedicated to client sessions.
- Availability for 1 hour per week for training during the first 6 weeks.
- Ability to complete all documentation in the EMR within 48 hours.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+).
- Practice modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
- Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy sessions per week.
- Use data-driven approaches to track client progress and adjust treatment accordingly.
- Collaborate with other mental health providers and manage referrals.
- Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
