Requirements
- Active, good standing license as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Missouri
- Willingness to obtain cross-licensure in other states
- 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+)
- 6+ months of teletherapy experience
- Proficiency with clinical assessments such as PHQ-9
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Availability for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions
- Ability to complete all documentation in EMR within 48 hours
- Available for initial training and ongoing support meetings
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+) practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI
- Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy sessions per week
- Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust approach based on client progress
- Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer clients as needed
- Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
