Requirements
- Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's or Master's program in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Portfolio of between 3-5 artifacts.
- Proficiency in instructional design tools, such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia, or Claude Design.
- Microsoft Office skills appropriate to course development.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work 25-29 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 9am-4pm EST.
- Must have a personal computing device and access to high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating training materials such as e-learning modules, instructor-led training resources, videos, and job aids.
- Collaborate with the GuidePoint Learning team to analyze training needs, design curriculum, and ensure content aligns with learning objectives.
- Support the development of multimedia elements, including graphics, animations, and videos.
- Assist in uploading and managing training content in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Participate in the evaluation of training programs and collect feedback from participants to make improvements.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders.
