Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related field.
6+ years of total professional experience.
4+ years of deep, hands-on retail media DSP campaign management in agency, consulting, or large-brand settings.
Experience across the retail media landscape, including Amazon, Walmart Connect, Walmart DSP, and Instacart.
Experience managing multi-million dollar display budgets.
Strong Excel skills and analytical approach to handling ambiguity.
Proven experience presenting to and advising VP, SVP, and C-level executives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management instincts and a track record of retaining and renewing enterprise customers.
Ability to travel.

Own Amazon DSP strategy and execution and extend it to full-funnel display and video across Walmart Connect, Walmart DSP, Instacart, and The Trade Desk.
Lead conversations around advanced measurement by interpreting Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and CommerceIQ marketing analyses.
Build robust reporting structures aligned to client WBR, MBR, and QBR requirements.
Drive and iterate test-and-learn strategies across the marketing portfolio.
Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure alignment between display, operations, and paid search.
Serve as the senior liaison to partners like Amazon Advertising and Walmart Connect.
Manage service escalations end-to-end and advise Sales on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Mentor team members and develop playbooks to raise overall team performance.
