Requirements
- +6 years of professional experience in Full-Stack Web Development.
- Strong expertise in Python, C#, or Node.js.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.js, and React.
- Solid experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL (schema design, queries, migrations).
- Proven experience handling REST APIs (authentication, pagination, rate limits).
- Experience with LLM APIs, including prompt engineering and context management.
- Ability to deploy and host applications on cloud platforms (Azure preferred) without dedicated DevOps support.
- Experience crafting modular, responsive UIs using Tailwind.
Responsibilities
- Reverse-engineer data rules and functional prototypes from manual spreadsheets or legacy VBA macros into reliable web applications.
- Develop features from database schema design to backend API development and responsive UIs.
- Integrate LLM APIs into production workflows to automate operational narratives and extract structured insights.
- Build secure integrations against third-party workforce management APIs.
- Implement frontend data-streaming patterns for live operational updates.
- Deploy, configure, and manage application deployments independently on cloud platforms.
