Requirements
- Previous experience with proposal development, coordination, and production.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong project organizational skills with a focus on details and deadlines.
- Knowledge of architecture, engineering, or construction industries preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills preferred.
- Experience with marketing and business development a plus.
- Mentoring and training experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage proposal plans, schedules, and deadlines.
- Review solicitations to identify and ensure all required components are included.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical staff to develop proposal strategy.
- Conduct proposal production including content development, layout design, and proofing.
- Manage database information related to proposals.
- Conduct client research to support potential opportunities.
- Support other marketing and business development initiatives as needed.
