Requirements
- Solid experience with at least one programming language (Go, Python, C, C++, or Rust).
- Proven experience delivering projects from requirements gathering and brainstorming to production shipping.
- Practical experience developing software that runs in the Cloud or systems engineering experience.
- Ability to write clean, robust, and performant maintainable software.
- Self-starter mindset with a bias towards action.
- Customer-focused approach to building intuitive products.
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Influence the product roadmap and define career objectives.
- Deliver new features and iterate based on performance data.
- Drive projects from initial ideation through implementation and operations.
- Contribute to open-source projects beyond the immediate team scope.
- Design, build, operate, and maintain high-reliability distributed systems.
- Participate in on-call rotations and own the services maintained.
- Collaborate with teammates on design discussions and support team members.
