Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in security or IT program management or security operations coordination.
- Working familiarity with NIST CSF, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS.
- Proven track record in cross-functional program management within regulated or compliance-driven environments.
- Strong written communication skills for producing executive reports and board materials.
- Experience coordinating audits, including evidence collection and finding tracking.
- Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or SaaS serving regulated industries (preferred).
- Familiarity with GDPR, NIS2, or DORA (preferred).
- PMP, CISM, or CISSP certification (preferred).
- Experience with SEC cybersecurity disclosure or public-company audit-committee reporting (preferred).
- Experience with MSSP relationship management (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own the security program roadmap at the execution level across all security functions.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies between Engineering, IT, Legal, and Compliance departments.
- Build and maintain security metrics frameworks including vulnerability SLAs and incident-response timelines.
- Translate technical data into executive-level narratives and dashboards for board and customer security reviews.
- Coordinate evidence collection for SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and customer audits.
- Manage the security policy lifecycle, security awareness programs, and MSSP vendor relationships.
