Requirements
- Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
- Current and unrestricted license to practice in the state of Arizona.
- 1 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
- Knowledgeable in empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches (e.g., CBT, narrative therapy).
- Commitment to providing exceptional client care.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children.
- Utilize therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs, including Narrative Therapy, CBT, and Play Therapy.
- Attend to relational ethics while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in family care meetings with other providers.
- Comply with clinic policies, HIPAA regulations, and all state, federal, and licensing board laws.
- Maintain documentation and communication in line with legal, ethical, and company standards.
