Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technology program management related to software development.
- 2+ years of experience delivering multi-team, end-to-end programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Lean, or Six Sigma.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, and Confluence.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of at least one programming language.
- Fluent in English (C1 level).
- Must be able to work on B2B contract in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of cross-team technology programs including major frontend software changes.
- Build and maintain program plans, roadmaps, milestones, and critical paths.
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and integration points.
- Run governance activities including steering committees and readiness reviews.
- Define and track program KPIs against business outcomes.
- Manage stakeholders through reporting and structured communication.
- Coordinate vendors and 3rd parties according to SLA/OLA.
- Mentor Associate TPMs and lead retrospectives.
