Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT, software delivery, or digital transformation projects.
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and delivery focus.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience with EDI, APIs, system integrations, or warehouse connectivity is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee two strategic workstreams: EDI Order Accelerator and Canonical Warehouse Connection Accelerator.
- Coordinate the work of two Technical Leads and monitor delivery progress.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and business objectives.
- Identify and remove blockers while supporting the team in decision-making.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Manage project dependencies across multiple teams and initiatives.
- Prepare regular status updates and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Drive effective collaboration between business and technical teams.
