Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical program management within complex tech environments.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Proven track record of running governance structures.
- Ability to present structured recommendations to stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing SLAs and SLOs.
- Skill in tracking technical dependencies and using analytics data to influence decisions.
- Strong initiative in resolving blockers, coordinating external vendors, and optimizing delivery workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1).
- Advanced proficiency in Polish (C1).
Responsibilities
- Craft comprehensive program plans, from initial objectives and milestones to release roadmaps and dependency mapping.
- Oversee technical integrations and non-functional requirements such as SLAs, SLOs, security, and operability.
- Manage inter-team dependencies and resolve priority conflicts to ensure smooth execution.
- Design and facilitate governance processes, including steering committees, rollout readiness checks, and executive status reporting.
- Establish program KPIs and health metrics while leveraging analytics to guide strategic decisions.
- Systematize the integration of AI tools for scenario testing and reporting to drive efficiency.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure alignment on SLAs and OLAs.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and offer guidance to Associate TPMs.
